Cycling Strategy

Cycling Strategy: When used at physiological doses, Magnesium Glycinate, Collagen Peptides, and L-Theanine may be taken continuously without structured cycling, as they support normal neurotransmitter balance, muscle relaxation, and sleep architecture without significant receptor adaptation.
Cicle: Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, and Valerian Root are best used in structured cycles to maintain sensitivity of the body’s natural sleep–wake regulation systems. A practical approach is 12 weeks on - 4 weeks off, during which time foundational sleep hygiene, magnesium, collagen peptides, and L-theanine can continue.
Choose what suits you better Melatonin or Valerian Root.

Morning (with breakfast): Collagen Peptides
Evening (30–60 min before bed): Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan, Melatonin or Valerian Root

⚠️ Important Safety Notice – Blood-Thinning Supplements

Some dietary supplements may affect the body’s natural blood-clotting process. Certain ingredients commonly found in wellness and longevity protocols can have mild antiplatelet or anticoagulant effects.

Examples of supplements that may influence blood clotting include products containing omega-3 fatty acids, turmeric (curcumin), garlic extract, ginkgo, ginger, vitamin E, resveratrol, or quercetin. While these ingredients are widely used for cardiovascular, anti-inflammatory, or general wellness support, they may increase bleeding risk when taken together with prescription blood-thinning medications such as Warfarin, Apixaban (Eliquis), Rivaroxaban (Xarelto), Dabigatran (Pradaxa), or Clopidogrel.

If you are currently taking prescription blood-thinning medications, please consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplements or health protocols.

If you have a planned medical procedure or surgery, many healthcare providers recommend stopping supplements with blood-thinning effects 7–14 days prior to the procedure, unless your doctor advises otherwise. This precaution helps reduce the risk of excessive bleeding during or after surgery.

Your safety is our priority. If you are unsure whether a supplement may affect blood clotting or interact with your medications, please seek guidance from your healthcare provider before use.
