Cycling Strategy
Cycling Strategy: Arginine–Citrulline, Zinc Picolinate, Omega-3s (EPA/DHA), Vitamin D3 + K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Ashwagandha (KSM-66), Creatine Monohydrate, and Boron may be used continuously without structured cycling unless laboratory markers or clinical symptoms indicate adjustment.
Cicle: Ashwagandha (KSM-66) should be cycled 8–12 weeks on → 2–4 weeks off to prevent HPA-axis adaptation and maintain endogenous cortisol rhythm integrity.
Morning (with food): Vitamin D3 + K2, Omega-3s (EPA/DHA), Zinc Picolinate, Boron, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Ashwagandha (KSM-66), and Creatine Monohydrate.
Midday (optional pre-workout or vascular support timing): Arginine–Citrulline may be taken 30–60 minutes before exercise or sexual activity, or with a midday meal if using strictly for general endothelial maintenance.
