Cycling Strategy

The protocol is designed in two phases:
Phase 1 – Reset (4 weeks): Focus on reducing inflammation, repairing the gut barrier, and restoring mucosal integrity.
Morning: Saccharomyces boulardii, Zinc-Carnosine, L-Glutamine, Digestive Enzymes, GI-Relief (if tolerated), with water before or with meals.
